I purchased
Xsitepro
today. It is a great program for developing a website empire. It
organizes all you affiliate information in one spot including the
html codes, companies you affiliate for, notes regarding web
development ideas, and so much more. I'm off to read the manual
and start producing.

I have decide to take this to the next
level. I am going to invest in some content creating software.
Either Traffic
Equalizer or
Xsitepro.
It seems like either or both will bring up your websites in the
search engines.
I may get both.
I just found out that Google Adwords
limits you to 25 campaigns. I have to find out why that is.

Another month has gone by without an
entry. Shame on me!
My
ClickBank sales started to pick up
this past week. So it inspired me to test 2 campaigns starting
today. I am also going to test my other successful campaigns on
FindWhat.
I heard from
sources that it is a pretty good advertising source. If I can
repeat some of my success with my other campaigns I will be good
to go!

My first intention with this blog was
to write down what I do everyday as a document to my success but
as you can see I do not always find the time. My goal is to post
in it at least once a week from now on.
I like to find new tools to use in
internet marketing. As I find new ones I post them on a list
of free internet marketing
tools. They are helpful, time saving tools that you should
also find useful.
I am going to write ads for the top 10
selling click bank products for each category. I know that these
products convert I just have to write a good ad. I have a
few that really have been profitable for me and I want to add more
products and ads for test campaigns. The only way to operate with
Adsense is to test. I like to test at 150-200 clicks and pay a
minimum click through rate.

I have been working on my website
trying to make all the adsense ads the most profitable. I try to
put a large rectangle within the pages and a large banner across
the bottom. The key is to make the ads blend in as part of the
content. In fact these are two tips I learned to make the most
money with Adsense:
1.
Target expensive words with content.
2.
Adsense ads on top and bottom that look like
content.
The key for internet success is to
optimize all your efforts and to have multiple streams of income.
Mine are websites, Adwords, adsense and Ebay. Whatever is done
ACTION is what makes it happen.

Blogging has been a habit I keep
delaying. At the end of 2004 a company I used to work for asked me
to come back and I did for about 3 months but then I moved to
FLORIDA. I am able to support all of time to my internet marketing
strategies.
I put all my adwords and overture ads
back on in January and they have been doing quite good. My AMM is
particularly good since the new year started. Though Clickbank has
slowed with the new changes in Google Adwords. I have to make new
landing pages for my ads as they were performing pretty good but
now are not showing up too much. When Google made the rule that
they will only show one ad that has the same URL, it made my
clicks throughs really slowed down. I like to buy my clicks at a
low rate. I don't care too much about the ranking as a good ad
will make them click through anyways.

My blog has been on the back burner
this summer. I am working on a lot of things. I still have my AMM
working. I had to cut off the ads for about 3 weeke because of lack
of funds but ever since then I have been on. And it's been fairly
steady.
With Google Ads I used to bid higher
to get in the top spots, but I have found that I feel better
paying the 5 or 6 cents a click and if I write good ads I still
get traffic. If its a good converting web site I will still make
money.
I have been Ebaying more this summer
also. I find that to be quite profitable too if you get the
products that sell.

June 1, 2004
I have not entered in my blog for over
a month. I have been doing so many things besides my internet
business. My daughter is graduating from high school and I made a
movie for here graduation class. That project took up most of my
month of May.
Another thing is that my sales for my
AMM kind of slowed and I tested quite a of new products on
Clickbank. I was getting depressed when I see my Google Ads bills
going up and up and up.
But things have picked up quite a bit
the last week of the month and I haven't tested anything lately so
my profits are up again. But since I don't want to put all my eggs
in one basket I need to test and find another winner.
I received my first Clickbank check
today. $205.00. Yea! The products I test on there I tend to break
even or lose money. I am trying to find a good one. Just have to
have persistence and determination.

April 27, 2004
I had my best day ever today with pay
per click. $210.00 in sales and only 78 clicks. It is so cool!
I added 3 campaigns today to test
also. They are more in the internet marketing area. I thought I
would try out those waters. The sales I've been making are not for
Clickbank products and I really would like to get a good campaign
going there.
Keep testing! Keep tweaking! Keep on!

I don't know why I worry. I should be
confident in the fact that sales is a numbers game and eventually
it evens out. I came through with a sale for $90.00 on Friday and
just got one for $60.00 today. I talked to the person in charge of
the program I affiliate with and he said that the affiliate
who gets the commission is the one that is clicked at time of
purchase. I figure it doesn't pay to be number one because I think
my ad is better than the one other affiliate I see selling this
product. I lowered my highest CPC today. Just so long I am in the
top eight.
I think AdSense is going to pull in
some hefty cash after I get things rolling. After adding it to
only about 10 pages of my web sites I am collecting about $10.00
per day. Not a lot but I have 14 web sites as of now and they are
starting to pull in some traffic.
I am adding AdSense to each one. I
have a color code for each site so I know which layout to use for
the ads. I try to blend it into the web site so it appears not to
be an ad. Though you have to leave the Ads by Google within it, if
you match it to the colors of your site, it looks pretty good and
entices a person to click.
Google does have a lot of rules
regarding their ads and I am going to strictly follow them because
I believe with the number of websites I want to have, I would be a
fool not to keep AdSense on them. It surely is easy money.
My goal this weekend was to finish an
internet dating affiliate web site I've been working on. I
finished my goal and have some PPC campaigns set up. Good luck to
me!

P.S. Lucky for me I love working on
the computer cuz that seems to be where I spend a lot of time.
April 22, 2004
I am getting nervous. I haven't made a
sale on my ADD since April 19th. When I made my last sale I added
hundred of key words. Took it over to
Overture
for more exposure. Upped all my limits. I figured I would be
rolling the sales in but now they've slowed. I also paused all my
testing campaigns that were not doing good for evaluation. I am
still way ahead of the campaign so I'm fine in waiting. I just
like to see those sales rolling in.
I have 1 campaigns I run periodically.
I get a lot of clicks but use it only to build up a subscriber
base for one of email newsletter. I only pay 5 cents per click.
I never got around to doing my
EBay
products last Sunday. Had some things going on that didn't leave
me enough time.
I started using AD sense on my web
sites today. Seems that it may be another stream of income. The
more the merrier! LOL

April 18, 2004
Well I finally made another sale last
night for my AMM (Adwords Money Maker). I make about $80.00 per
sale. Over the campaign I have had 917 clicks at a cost of $115.31
and have made $385.00 in commission. I like that ratio. Let's hope
it keeps up.
Sundays I like to list stuff to sell
on
Ebay. When you list on Sundays with a 7 day auction you get
the most response in the final moments of your auction. Usually
you get the highest number of bids on the last day. Here is a
great book for
how to make
money on Ebay.
I am trying to find a niche on
Ebay rather than just sell randomly. I think if you specialize
in one are, you get to know the product and how to sell it better.
Ebay is a great way to start off selling on the internet. It
is simply a matter of a
free registration and then start selling with stuff you have
around the house.
Good News! I just made another sale on
my AMM. I love this job! Of course since I am so into the internet
I wouldn't call it a job but a hobby! But the bottom line is about
making money and it looks like I am!

April 17, 2004
I am going to start on my 14th web
site today. For me the costs of having a website are pretty low.
The domain name at GoDaddy
is only $6.95 for the month of April and hosting costs are low
because I pay just $29 a month to
host up
to 200 sites.
Here are some tips in building a web
site.
Tip 1:
Look at using
Niche Market Profit Report to help you locate profitable
niches to build sites around.
Tip 2:
Wordtracker is another very useful tool. I've got an annual
account I use several times a week or you can just try it for a
day.
Tip 3: Read the book Mini
Site Profits to see how the master of mini sites does it.
Tip 4: If you want to build a
text based site like, which ranks very high in the search engines,
and you're not comfortable doing it all on your own use
Site Build It.
Tip 5: Use pay per clicks such
as AdWords or
Overture
to start getting traffic until your site gets traffic from the
search engines. You can learn
How To Get High Rankings In Google
here.
I'm off to look for a niche topic.

April 16, 2004
I received my affiliate money maker
check yesterday. The payment was for $309.00 and cost me about
$85.00 in clicks. As of Tuesday I was doing really good, I
optimized my most relevant keywords so that they would all be in
the top three. I added the same list of key words to
Overture. I
thought great this is really going to start bringing in some big
money. But since a sale Tuesday...all I have been getting is
clicks and no sales.
I know I am still ahead on this
campaign but it's nerve racking to watch the money click away.
Tonight I thought I'd check the ads out and I see I have some
competition on my key words where there wasn't before. I wonder if
for the past 3 days the other ads have been getting clicked on
instead of mine. I wish I knew which way the cookie affiliate was
saved. The first or the last. My ads are behind the other one so I
upped all my bids so I would be ahead of the other ads.
There ad may be pulled anyways because
it has superlative words in the heading and that is not allowed by
Google
Adwords. I also discovered that for a short time today my
link was not working yet the clicks were getting charged. That
sucks. Once I discovered that, I paused the campaigns and then
started it again when it was working.
I added a new campaign yesterday.
Since the summer season is soon approaching I am trying to focus
on ads for the season. I hope to start another campaign over the
weekend.
Talk to you soon.

April 14, 2004
I seem to have an affiliate money
maker. At least I hope so. I have been selling about 1 product per
75 clicks. The products pays me about $60.00. I pay up to .25 per
click so it is profitable. I have about 150 keywords on Google
Adwords and last night I added all those key words to
Overture.
Overture
delivers results you can't ignore. Only
Overture search listings reach over 80% of active U.S. Internet users with just one buy.
I am concentrating on this one
campaign right now. I paused a lot of my other campaigns until I
get this one totally optimized. I don't have a lot of competition
for the key words so it looks like I hit upon a good campaign.

April 5, 2004
Its been a few days since I posted to
the blog. I have some of my websites at my office and some at my
home. I moved this one to my home computer so I can enter in in
every day if I want to. I should just put everything on my laptop
but I just don't like working on a laptop for any length of time.
Its more for convenience. I think the keyboard is different.
I am really getting excited and have a
lot of things going on. I have a membership site that is started
to get members. It is a resource site for local, small businesses.
It is called Local On The
Net. I really haven't promoted it much yet but it is getting
ranked in the search engines. I think I have the search engine
optimization rules down pat.
I have several ad campaigns going on
with Ad Words. I am promoting something that pays me $59.00
per sale and after 98 clicks at .13 each I have sold one. It
is a high ticket item so I think that its pretty good money maker
so far. I just have to up the numbers.
Another campaign I have sold 2 items
with 67 clicks at .11 each. I make $23.00 each so that is
profitable. My third seller has had 2 sales with 177 clicks at a
cost of .08 each. My fourth possible money maker has sold 2 items
in 164 clicks at .10 each. The last two are not high money
makers...about $13.00 for each item but I am still in the black so
I am sticking them out.
These ad campaigns are very exciting
to watch. You can almost see the clicks working in action. For
more information on how AdWords works, here is a great book to get
you started,
Google Cash. You can learn how to use AdWords, step by step,
and profit considerably. I know its working for me.

Today
has been a busy one at the office. I do have my own marketing
company which we help small businesses market their products or
services. I also design websites.
I
received 2 orders for website design today. How am I supposed to
work on my internet marketing when I have to do real work? LOL!
I
do love to do websites. I like to create something from nothing
and then have a client like the work. My policy is to pay half up
front and the balance upon completion and satisfaction. www.creativeBUSINESSworks.com

When
I first started using Google
Adwords, I made a sale within a couple
of hours...I thought wow this is going to be easy. It is easy but
its time consuming. A great step by step guide is
Google Cash.
You
have to:
-
Check
with Affiliate's Alert to find things to market from Click
Bank.
-
Design
an ad that will get people to click.
-
Choose
appropriate key words to target.
-
Set
up the
Adwords Campaigns.
-
Monitor
results so you can be sure to have a profitable campaign.
I
have 13 campaigns running right now. I really enjoy myself setting
them up and watching the results pour in.
I
have decided to test campaigns by waiting for 100 clicks and if I
don't get a sale. It's gone. I cancelled my first campaign today.
I only paid .06 per click so it cost me $6.00 to test it. I want
to keep 10 campaigns running every week. Some testing some
winners.

March 24, 2004 I
can taste internet success. I know it's there and I know it's
close. I am totally motivated and driven to achieve it. I now have
a total of 13 web sites. Lucky 13. This blog is giving me a
place to list my goals and to see what I have to do to get them. My
plan is based on "multiple streams of income".
There is an old saying that says "don't put all your eggs in
one basket" and that is totally true for internet marketing. My
plan for multiple streams are as follows:
-
Small
Business Marketing Site: Creative
Business Works
-
Web site
design services.
-
eBay!
selling of small, fast moving products. Low shipping costs and
low maintenance for stock on hand.
-
Mini
websites based on content and affiliate income. It is very
profitable to do websites this way. They are easy to build,
can be easily optimized for search engine optimization, and
are highly profitable. The leader of information on mini-sites
is Phil Wiley from Mini
Site Profits.
-
Websites
built networked together and optimized to get the most traffic
are also another of my goals. I have a template made and can
just edit the content to the subject. The person who inspired
me on this is James
Martell. His website is very inspiring
and motivating to me. Here is a link to his Affiliate's
Handbook if you haven't seen it before.
-
Pay per
click services to be used to point internet surfers toward
your affiliate URL. Google Adwords and Overture are two of the
major services. Search Listings are the best way to advertise online and Overture puts you on sites across the Web.
More
info on Overture. The process involves paying a set amount per
click and it is really profitable. I only just recently started with
the Adwords and it has taken off beyond my wildest dreams. I
am on my way!
